Things are starting to feel normal again

I feel like things are slowly starting to get back to normal as we start heading in to Summer. Is it just me, or does anybody else feel the same way? I know that other states are still in quarantine, but I am back to working in the studio and I feel like everyone around me is back to working at their offices too. At first, I was kind of anxious about going back in to work not because I was scared of corona virus, but because I was really enjoying all the time and freedom I had to myself and I wasn’t ready to let that go. However, now that I have been back at work for almost two weeks, I am finally starting to get used to the feel of being back. I am having to deal with lots of people again every day so that can add a lot more stress, but overall I’m getting back in to the groove of things. I am trying my best to keep my healthy routine that I had during quarantine. I am still trying to get a walk in almost every day and do either a HIIT, yoga, or Pilates class as well.

I am super excited because this weekend I am going on a camping trip to the gorgeous Buffalo national park in Arkansas! I can’t wait to get out of Memphis and get into nature. We plan on going hiking and canoeing and barbecuing! I can’t wait to tell you all about it and show you lots of pictures. Some other exciting news is that Sumits Yoga and I have partnered up with the Levitt Shell to do a free virtual yoga and Pilates fusion class to raise money for the Levitt Shell. I have been teaching this class on Saturdays at 10:30am through the Levitt Shell FB page. Feel free to join me live for my next class. It’s all levels and only 45 minutes. All you need is a mat, and the best part is you can do it from the comfort of your own home!

I want to finish this blog post by raving some more about green chef! I talked a little bit about it in my last blog post. We have had such a great experience with Green Chef, and I highly recommend trying it if you haven’t already. Your first box is only $34 and you get $20 off your next 2 orders after that. I obviously like the plant based options, but there are other wholesome options to chose from too. Most of their ingredients are super fresh and organic. The recipes are so creative and delicious, and they just make cooking so easy and fun. So far we have had artichoke “crabcakes”, porcini mashed potatoes, Jamaican sweet potato bowls, quinoa tacos, and much more. Be sure to check out my instagram story for pictures of all my meals. Their customer service is great too. If your delivery is late, they refund your payment and give you and extra discount on your next order! I literally should be a sales rep for them lol. Here is my referral code if you want to try them out: https://greenchef.com/invite/JDOQkF This will give me another discount on my next order, so thanks in advance! I have added some pictures of my favorite meals at the bottom!

Well folks, this is all I’ve got for you today! I hope that you are staying happy and healthy and not letting the crazy news get to you! Have a beautiful rest of your week, and remember you are very very loved!

Namaste,

Margaret
