Class Descriptions
Shed Upper Body HIIT: A circuit based workout that uses weights, curved treadmills, and rowers to strengthen the upper body and increase stamina and endurance.
Hot Pilates: 20 second interval class focusing on strengthening the core while working the whole body
Pilates Sculpt: Our regular Hot Pilates class with optional weights added and 30 second intervals instead of 20.
Flow: moving meditation where you flow through multiple yoga poses in a challenging, energetic sequence moving with the breath
Tabata warrior: 20 second interval class moving through circuit stations that use different types of workout equipment to strengthen the whole body and increase cardiovascular performance
Tabata warrior + yoga: 75 min class including 40 min of Tabata warrior plus 35 min of flow yoga
Ashtanga: Traditional form of yoga that uses fundamental yoga poses to increase strength and flexibility - each pose is held for 5 breaths
Sumits Yoga: A hot yoga practice that detoxes the body with a gentle warm up, standing and balancing series, Warrior Flow Series, and cool down floor series. The sequence is the same everytime so you can really see your progress in each of the postures.
