30 Day Self-Quarantine Challenge

Day 1: 30 min walk and virtual yoga class (flow or Ashtanga) 

Day 2: 45 min walk and virtual Pilates class

Day 3: virtual HIIT class and yoga class (gentle or Sumits)

Day 4: 1 hour walk, 20 minute abs, and virtual flow class

Day 4: Virtual pilates class and virtual Baptise flow 

Day 5: 90 min walk and virtual HIIT class

Day 6: Virtual pilates and Yin class

Day 7: virtual Ashtanga Class

Day 8: 20 min abs and 60 min walk

Day 9: 30 min walk, virtual Pilates, and virtual flow class

Day 10: 30 min walk, virtual HIIT, and virtual Sumits class

Day 11: 90 min walk and virtual flow

Day 12: virtual Yin and virtual Pilates

Day 13: virtual Ashanga and 60 min walk

Day 14: 20 min abs and virtual Flow

Day 15: 30 min walk and virtual Pilates

Day 16: virtual HIIT and virtual Baptiste

Day 17: virtual gentle yoga and 60 min walk

Day 18: 90 min walk and virtual Pilates

Day 19: 30 min walk, virtual HIIT, and virtual Yin

Day 20: virtual Ashtanga and virtual pilates

Day 21: Virtual Sumits yoga

Day 22: 20 min abs, 30 min walk, and virtual flow

Day 23: virtual pilates and 60 min walk

Day 24: virtual Yin, 30 min walk, and virtual HIIT

Day 25: 90 min walk and virtual Ashtanga

Day 26: Virtual Pilates and virtual Flow

Day 27: 60 min walk and virtual HIIT

Day 28: virtual Baptise

Day 29: 30 min walk, 20 min abs, and virtual Flow

Day 30: virtual Pilates and 90 min walk

*Make sure to drink at least 8 classes of water during this challenge, get plenty of rest, and nourish your body with lots of fruits and vegetables 

*This challenge was inspired by what I have been doing during self-quarantine, and I really do feel like it has put me in the best shape of my life!

*You can find all of these classes virtually through Sumits Yoga, Pike Yoga, Shed Fitness, and Cooper street yoga. 

*All of the virtual classes at Shed fitness are considered HIIT classes
